\nBetter Health Physical Therapy is a growing out-of-network physical therapy & pelvic health clinic focused on empowering patients to stay active and mobile, without surgery, medication, or injections as the primary treatment option.
\n \nWe're looking for a collaborative clinician with a growth-oriented mindset who's committed to patient-focused, 1:1 rehabilitative care.

\n▪️ 6–8 patients per day on average
\n▪️ 1:1 care, no double booking
\n▪️ Dedicated documentation time between patients
\n▪️ In-clinic mentorship for your personal growth

\n▪️ Motivated, engaged client base

\n▪️ Master's or Doctorate from an accredited PT program
\n▪️ Current or pending Maryland state licensure
\n▪️ 3+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
\n▪️ Dry Needling a plus
