Department Ed Leadership & PolicyStudies Salary Commensurate with experience Description The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston invites applications for temporary adjunct faculty positions as a Field Supervisor for the Principal Certification program. Field Supervisors provide supervision, including structured guidance, ongoing support, and formal observations for candidates enrolled in practicum courses. As a non-tenure track (NTT) position, the appointee will accrue no time toward tenure at the University of Houston. Current, valid TEA certification as a Principal in Texas. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an assistant/associate principal or principal in a Texas public, public charter, or accredited private school. TEA-approved Field Supervisor Observation Training for Advanced Candidates.
