Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to perform your duties from home while being an integral part of our detox center team. Although focused on remote therapy, you will have opportunities to engage in collaborative meetings using video conferencing tools. This setup allows us to maintain strong communication and a unified approach to client care while ensuring our team stays cohesive and connected.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to systematically evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy across modalities including individual and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
\n
• Establish and implement detailed, client-centered treatment plans with defined goals and structured interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and integrated care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary to ensure client welfare.

• Foster therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational classes, creating safe spaces for sharing experiences and learning coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, preserving client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with clients facing multifaceted mental health challenges, including substance dependence, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. Our detox center environment means you will focus on patients in the recovery process, providing them with vital therapeutic tools and support as they navigate their journeys toward mental and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
