You'll join a bread and butter practice with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluationsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throatPerform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomiesUtilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynxManage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implantsTreat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cordsCollaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient careMaintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural settingQualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) degree.Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($700K-$750k+)$50K commencement bonus$8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME timeStudent loan repaymentFull benefits package including 401K with employer matchPaid malpractice / professional liability coverageRelocation supportNo after-hours call requirementsPTO
