$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Shifts vary WedSun or ThurMon, 8 hr shifts, no holidays required

Outpatient: up to 9 patients/day; inpatient: up to 13 patients/day

Both outpatient and inpatient settings area assigned at facility's discretion

Inpatient focus: ortho, post-surgical, neuro, trauma, cardiac, med-surg

2 years of experience required; inpatient experience may offset requirement

Travel experience preferred; trauma experience preferred

Active PT license required to submit

BLS certification required
