As our next Regional Sales Manager , you'll have the opportunity to own a territory, build customer relationships, influence growth strategy, and represent a respected industry leader.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Growing sales and market share throughout your assigned region
Developing new business opportunities with industrial, municipal, and contractor customers
Supporting and expanding distributor and dealer relationships
Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
Building strategic relationships with key accounts
Maintaining territory forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
Representing Hi-Vac at trade shows and industry events
Providing market and competitive intelligence to leadership

What We're Looking For

✅Required

5+ years of successful B2B industrial equipment sales experience
Strong territory management and business development skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical equipment solutions
Experience building long-term customer relationships
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel extensively throughout the region

⭐Preferred

Industrial vacuum equipment experience
Hydro-excavation or environmental equipment experience
Existing relationships within municipalities, contractors, utilities, or industrial markets
Experience supporting dealer/distributor networks
Knowledge of industrial cleaning, environmental remediation, or construction equipment industries
