Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: 7 - 7 Rotating Shift (Days + Nights)

These are the qualifications that matter. Requirements:

• raduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current, unrestricted Arkansas LPN license
• Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, detox, mental health, or medical-surgical nursing is preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and patient care documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties:

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor client health, withdrawal symptoms, and medication responses
• Conduct health assessments, vital signs, drug screenings, and clinical documentation
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support treatment plans
• Ensure medication inventory, storage, and administration compliance
• Provide crisis intervention support and assist with client care coordination
• Uphold HIPAA, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
