Solo OTR Driver Overview

Strong base pay with bonus upside. Earn up to 66CPM including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety + $0.02 mileage bonus after 10K miles), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.
More weeks out. More home time. Extended fleet-Stay out 4-6 weeks and earn 4.5-6.5 days of home time, with New Legend covering travel to and from home.
Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.

Benefits and Perks

Get paid to get started. Paid orientation plus travel covered.
Driver-friendly freight and equipment. Run 99% no-touch freight in 2022-2025 Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks.
Flexible pay options. Optional per diem available to structure your earnings.*
Extra pay that stacks. Detention, layover, extra stop, driver assist, clean inspection bonuses, plus +2CPM for military veterans.*
Hazmat pays more. Earn $75 per placarded hazmat load.*
Bring family along. Pet policy and passenger program (18+) available.
Referral rewards. Earn a $1K bonus through our driver referral program.
Full benefits package. Health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, plus 401(k) to support long-term goals.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 60-70CPM for solo OTR and Regional drivers. Base pay is 45CPM per driver for team drivers. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
