Stationary Engineer - Facilities

Overview Under the direction of management, you must possess knowledge of starting and stopping boilers, chillers, pumps and VFD. Adjusting flows and PRU’s. Cleaning the cooling tower and running power washers. Preparing boilers for state inspections. Assisting on oil truck deliveries. Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations. Monitor boiler water, chemical and fuel levels. Activate valves to adjust the amount of water, air, and fuel in boilers. Operate feed or oil pumps as required. Inspect equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently. Check safety devices routinely. Record data and maintain logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
