Position Overview

In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with commercial customers across a variety of industries, including:

- Businesses and industrial facilities

- Schools and universities

- Healthcare organizations

- Office buildings and institutions

- Maintenance and service operations

You will work with management, purchasing teams, and maintenance personnel to understand their needs and recommend products that improve efficiency, solve problems, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building

- Manage and expand established customer accounts

- Conduct product demonstrations for management and maintenance personnel

- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and end users

- Use consultative selling and active listening to understand customer needs

- Present solutions that improve cleaning, maintenance, and operational efficiency

- Earn new business by clearly communicating the value of our products and services

- Displace incumbent suppliers through superior service, expertise, and solutions

- Meet or exceed sales goals while working independently and managing your territory effectively

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

- Have demonstrated experience selling commercial products or services in an outside sales environment

- Be comfortable speaking with executives, managers, purchasing professionals, and service personnel

- Enjoy prospecting, developing relationships, and winning new business

- Possess strong listening, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills

- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

- Take pride in helping customers solve problems and improve their operations

- Communicate professionally in both office and field environments

- Have experience with commercial cleaning or maintenance products, preferred but not required
