About the Position

Travel Float pool RN is needed for 16 weeks to start ASAP in a hospital in Ohio. RN will primarily work on the Clinical Decision Unit (formerly known as Observation), but MAY be asked to float between various Med-Surg units (Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, etc.) and work 36 hours/week. Shifts consis t of 7-7:30 with every other weekend required. There is no call requirement. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required (refresher classes or having someone sit 1:1 with them are NOT options), so please ensure that this is documented in the referral information. Active BLS and ACLS are both required. Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required (must be able to read Telemetry; they will be tested for this skill on day one and will be terminated if they cannot pass the competency; will also be terminated if we discover they are not Epic proficient).
