Position Summary Licensed Physical Therapist – Full Time Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Orthopedics 4514 Old Monroe Rd Suite B, Indian Trail, NC 28079 Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, patient‑centered care in an outpatient orthopedics setting. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population, including adults and children. Perform therapeutic interventions, manual techniques, and exercise programming tailored to each patient’s diagnosis and goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis) to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year Additional incentives: bi‑weekly bonuses, sign‑on/relocation bonus, student‑loan repayment options, and CEU reimbursement.
