Personal Injury Claims Examiner As a Personal Injury Claims Examiner at GEICO, you will guide policyholders through the medical aspects of auto insurance claims and deliver world‑class service. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist customers to return to the road. Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience. Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions. What We’re Looking For Experience: Customer‑facing claims experience preferred. License: Active adjusters license preferred. Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail‑oriented, able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Incentives Starting salary: $22.34 – $26.46/hour ($45,015 – $53,317 annually).
