This offers associate veterinarians a rare chance to join a practice from the beginning, rather than inheriting a full caseload or outdated systems. As an associate, you’ll be part of a clinic that is: Intentionally staffed before reopening A walk‑in only clinic Supported by strong technician coverage To support this relaunch, we are offering a base salary range of $120,000–$140,000, with production and additional incentives, plus a $30,000 sign‑on bonus for the right Associate DVM who is excited to help build the clinic’s next chapter.
