Compile and evaluate research on customer needs and translate findings into specifications for future-generation products Conduct market, competitive, and customer research using qualitative and quantitative data Translate product features, benefits, and customer insights into value propositions and messaging strategies Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the New Product Development Process (NPDP) Build and maintain financial business case models for product development investments, forecasting, pricing, and ROI analyses Support new product development, launch planning, and lifecycle management Define evidence-generation strategies and develop publication plans with Clinical Affairs and Product Marketing Evaluate customer acquisition, retention, market expansion, and financial tradeoff opportunities Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and business goals Develop and execute product launch plans, sales enablement tools, channel communications, and marketing resources Execute product lifecycle management (PLCM) strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree 4+ years of work experience Ability to be onsite at the Mahwah, NJ office 3x a week MBA preferred 1+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in market research, product development, and financial modeling to drive successful product launches and lifecycle management. Proficient in translating customer insights into effective marketing strategies and value propositions.
