Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – COTA Location: Brockton, MA Facility: Brockton Post Acute Care Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Days Schedule: Monday–Friday Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week Compensation Weekly Pay: $1,520/week, including stipend Pay Rate: $38/hour Taxable Weekly: $600/week Non-Taxable Stipend: $920/week Taxable Rate: $16.66/hour Non-Taxable Rate: $25.55/hour Overtime: Available after 40 hours/week; rate based on contract terms Requirements Profession: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Specialty: Rehabilitation Current and valid COTA license/certification required. Appropriate Massachusetts credentials to practice as a COTA. Previous COTA experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care preferred. Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
