If this is you, we'd love to talk.As a Brand Coordinator Regio Wholesale Channel, you will be responsible for executing brand and marketing initiatives for the Wholesale Channel within the Tissue category in Mexico. You will act as the key link between Brand, Sales, and Trade Marketing teams, ensuring that product concepts and innovations are successfully translated into commercial opportunities and profitable growth.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with experienced commercial teams. You will play a critical role in driving category performance, supporting go-to-market execution, optimizing portfolio profitability, and enhancing customer engagement through effective marketing programs.What You Will DoPropose and execute marketing initiatives within Joint Business Plans across offline and online channels.Coordinate product launches, re-launches, and promotional activities to ensure successful market execution.Support the implementation of brand communication and marketing initiatives within the Wholesale Channel.Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Trade Marketing, and key customers.Analyze pricing, profitability, portfolio performance, and commercial results to support business decisions.Monitor sell-in, sell-out, campaign performance, and key commercial KPIs.Support the development and implementation of local marketing plans.Review product mix performance and recommend optimization opportunities together with Sales teams.Create and execute customer marketing campaigns and programs that drive engagement, advocacy, and sales growth.Monitor and continuously improve commercial content execution across online and offline channels.Develop sales support materials, catalogs, promotional assets, and co-branded marketing tools.Coordinate customer training activities, brand programs, and loyalty initiatives when required.Manage assigned marketing budgets and track investment effectiveness.Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of category initiatives.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Customer Marketing, or similar roles.Experience supporting product launches, promotions, commercial activations, and marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and financial mindset with the ability to interpret business performance and profitability metrics.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams.Advanced English proficiency.Availability to travel within Mexico and across the region as needed.Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale channels, customer marketing, or regional organizations is considered a plus.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
