Evergreen Post Acute in Smyrna, DE is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

Pay & Benefits:

All shifts available:

7:00a-3:00p FT and PT

3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time

11:00pm-7:00am FT

PRN openings as well for all shifts!

Responsibilities:

·         Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

·         Administer medications and treatments as ordered

·         Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

·         Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

·         Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

·         Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

·         New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
