Logistics - Forklift*Hesperia, CA*Order: 1717992TempUS Trades is seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator and Inventory Support team member to assist with material handling at one of our active conveyor system installation projects. This position will play a key role in ensuring that all components and materials are received, organized, and delivered to work areas in a timely and efficient manner.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_Responsibilities:• Operate propane-powered forklifts safely and efficiently• Unload trucks and receive materials according to delivery schedules• Work closely with mechanical installation crews to deliver and stage materials as needed• Track and maintain accurate inventory counts of all incoming and used components• Assist with organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly laydown yard or storage area• Coordinate with project leadership and warehouse teams to identify parts and material needs• Follow all project site safety protocols and participate in daily safety briefings• Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues• Support other logistics, labor, or site-related duties as required to keep material flow consistent and installation teams supplied\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_Requirements:• Valid forklift certification required• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating propane-powered forklifts• Strong communication and coordination skills• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift• Familiarity with conveyor systems or construction site operations a plus• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately maintain inventory records• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and support the team wherever needed• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong safety-first mindsetAsk all candidates these questions:- how many years of experience do you have running forklifts?- what types of lifts have you been running?- describe your experience working with inventory systems.- do you have experience entering information and quantities into inventory control systems?
