We're looking for a versatile FP&A professional who is comfortable building models, partnering with budget holders, and synthesizing complex data into digestible, actionable insights. This is a highly visible role that will be relied on to help drive decision-making.What You'll DoManage, coach, and mentor a financial analyst, instilling best practices and driving career development.Own consolidated top line planning, forecasting, and reporting for N-able. Connect business inputs (bookings, renewals) to ARR outcomes.Drive recurring top line workflows including weekly flashes, monthly writeups, QBR materials, and BOD materials.Act as a key partner to the Investor Relations group, supporting quarterly Earnings processes including Guidance, Q&A prep, and other earnings-related packages.Act as a key point of contact for General Managers and Go-to-Market leadership, translating business inputs into ARR outcomes; pressure test and constructively push back on assumptions.Act as a key partner to the Business Intelligence team and the Pricing & Packaging team in pursuit of net-new ARR opportunities and commercial strategies.Develop a deep understanding of our unit economics, helping drive commercial decision-making.What You'll Bring5+ years of experience in FP&A, or similar analytical roles; SaaS or technology industry experience is a big plus.
