Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week). Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 4:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range. Experience: Applicants should have experience and comfort working autonomously - independently managing your workload, workflow, and patient care without constant oversight. What You’ll Do As an X-Ray Tech, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical care team, ensuring each patient receives safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging with precision and compassion. Your role will include: Performing diagnostic imaging exams (x-rays) per provider orders Preparing patients for procedures, including medical history and education Positioning patients and adjusting equipment to capture the best images Shielding and protecting patients appropriately during imaging Operating computerized equipment and reviewing image quality with physicians Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Administering contrast safely and effectively as needed Monitoring patient well-being and responding to concerns during exams What You Bring Current ODH and ARRT License (required) Minimum 2 years of experience as an Imaging/X-Ray Tech Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and patient-centered care Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Why You’ll Love This Role A culture where your expertise matters: You’re not just taking pictures — you’re part of a patient’s care journey, helping providers diagnose and treat with confidence.
