Job Description
Overview: Smile Structure is seeking a dedicated Lead General Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care while maintaining top clinical standards and patient satisfaction.
Examinations & Diagnosis: Perform full dental exams, diagnose oral conditions, and formulate individualized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Treatments & Procedures: Administer appropriate restorative and preventative dental procedures according to diagnostic findings and clinical standards.
Records & Protocols: Maintain detailed patient records and adhere strictly to all safety and infection control protocols.
Collaboration & Staffing: Team up with hygienists and dental assistants to deliver effective four-handed dentistry and streamline clinical workflow.
Patient Education: Guide patients on proper oral hygiene and explain available treatment options to support ongoing health.
