Manufucturing Manager-Precast

Enhanced Staffing is recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager on behalf of a growing manufacturing organization. The Manufacturing Manager is a key member of the operations leadership team and will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. This position offers an opportunity to lead teams, improve processes, and support the long-term growth and operational excellence of the organization. Provide leadership and direction to manufacturing operations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify, implement, and sustain process improvements that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Analyze production metrics, manufacturing data, and operational trends to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Develop and execute plans to improve manufacturing capabilities, throughput, and operational performance. Lead cross-functional teams to address challenges, implement solutions, and support business objectives. Evaluate opportunities for automation, capital equipment improvements, and process optimization, including preparing business justifications when appropriate. Promote a culture of innovation and encourage employees to identify and implement better ways of working. Establish effective communication channels and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and succession planning initiatives. Support employee engagement efforts and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable safety regulations. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred. MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus. Experience 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in precast concrete, concrete products, steel fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or heavy production environments Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment. Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred. Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive measurable performance improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing capital projects, equipment upgrades, or automation initiatives is highly desirable. Preferred Attributes Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
