responsibilities:

• Integration Execution: Drive the post-close roadmap across core workstreams, focusing heavily on ERP and Quality Systems integration using a pragmatic lift-and-shift approach.
• Governance & Delivery: Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones under established governance, escalating key risks directly to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with technical, quality, and supply chain teams to integrate operations into existing frameworks without downtime.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all system migrations strictly adhere to cGMP/GxP regulatory standards and maintain continuous inspection readiness.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks to safeguard product supply continuity and resolve compliance gaps.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry within a Technical Operations / PO&T environment.
• Demonstrated expertise leading complex ERP integration/transformation and Quality Systems integration within a post-close acquisition environment.
• Solid working knowledge of cGMP, GxP, and global regulatory compliance standards related to system transitions and technical operations.
• Proven success executing "lift-and-shift" integration methodologies to maintain supply continuity, adhere to strict timelines, and ensure speed-to-completion without unnecessary operational redesign.
• Strong track record of risk management, governance execution, and driving alignment across technical, quality, and leadership teams in a matrixed setting.

Preferred:

• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
• Broad integration experience across additional technical workstreams, such as Facilities Disposition, Data Integration, Source-to-Pay, Brand Change, or Legal Entity/Tax Optimization.
• Prior experience handling mid-to-large-scale biopharmaceutical M&A system integrations.
