In this role, you will lead the delivery of fire protection projects across industrial, commercial, and mission-critical environments—directing project teams, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional client service. This is an opportunity to balance technical execution with people leadership, fostering collaboration while delivering high-quality, compliant solutions that protect lives, assets, and operations.What You'll Do:Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to fire protection projects—from initial assessment through planning and designCollaborate with Fire Protection team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goalsEffectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical fire protection initiativesEngage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phaseWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 11 years of fire sprinkler experience required; fire alarm experience is a plusA minimum of 8 years of project management experienceExperience leading a teamExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents for projectsExperience managing project accounting processes to include project budgeting, forecasts, and cash managementDemonstrated experience managing client relationshipsExperience understanding and interpreting client contract requirementsAbility to resolve matters timely and lead projects to completion with a sense of urgencyThe ability to track and oversee multiple projectsExperience in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Deltek Vision is preferredValid driver's license required with the ability to travel as neededNICET certification is preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead impactful fire protection projects that directly enhance safety, operational reliability, and client successExpand your technical and project management capabilities through complex, high-visibility workBuild lasting client partnerships while helping deliver solutions that protect people and critical infrastructureCurious about the innovative work our Fire Protection Services team is delivering?
