Billing Analyst

Supporting the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, the full-time remote Billing Analyst will manage contract updates, credits posting, and customer changes while ensuring accurate billing and compliance with policies and controls. Key responsibilities Process contract updates, credits, and customer changes with accuracy and timeliness Perform level 2 review of billing requests, validating accuracy and compliance before execution Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements related to billing processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in billing, order-to-cash, or finance operations Strong analytical skills for data validation and financial impact assessment Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM systems for transaction validation Experience with controlled billing processes and audit requirements
