Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support migration from legacy systems and UKG to Workday
- Configure and implement Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits)
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Perform data transformation, cleansing, and migration activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live production support
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday implementation & support
- Proven experience in legacy HR systems → Workday migration
- Experience in UKG (Kronos) → Workday integration/migration
- Expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
- Strong knowledge of data migration & transformation techniques
- Experience in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix)
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
