Lead Residential Electrician

Electrician Position

We are seeking an experienced electrician with management and business development skills. Candidate should have experience in both new construction and retrofit wiring, particularly in luxury residential settings. You'll work alongside our team of technology integrators and be a critical part of delivering safe, reliable, and elegant electrical infrastructure. This role also includes project management responsibilities, overseeing electrical scopes from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring for new construction and retrofit projects
• Install and support centralized lighting control systems (e.g., Lutron, Crestron)
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independently
• Coordinate with low-voltage teams on integrated installations
• Develop, read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Manage electrical project timelines, budgets, and material procurement
• Coordinate scheduling with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee job site progress and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Experience with both new construction and renovation work
• Familiarity with lighting control systems like Lutron or Crestron a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills with clients, team members and vendors
• Experience managing projects or leading a team preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
