Repair Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Whitsett, NC
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour (W2)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Contract Duration: 1year
Work Location: USFC Distribution Center

Job Summary

We are seeking a Repair Technician to join Lenovo's team at the USFC Distribution Center in Whitsett, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on PC repair experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and servicing personal computers while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting customer service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers.
Perform accurate troubleshooting to achieve first-time fixes.
Test repaired systems to ensure quality and functionality.
Work efficiently in a high-volume repair environment.
Assist in other operational areas as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors, leads, or management.

Required Qualifications

Previous PC repair or computer hardware repair experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/repair environment.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Flexibility to perform tasks outside the repair station.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

Experience with desktop and laptop hardware replacement.
Knowledge of computer components and peripherals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
