The Leader is responsible for driving profitable revenue, while positively leading and managing the Department staff, processes, and procedures. Salary range: $90K to $105k per year depending on experience. Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise the field. This includes training, assisting with scheduling if needed, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action Creating, maintaining, and consistently ensuring an exceptional customer experience by working with employees, customers, and vendors Oversee technician’s workload and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication Enforce existing and further develop standards and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain customer relationships Ensure that service strategy aligns with overall business objectives and company mission, vision, and values Track and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement Promote safety above all else. Set the team up for success with proper equipment and perform routine safety audits of field personnel Review Hours Worked (time sheets) Available as backup support for your branch’s scheduled Emergency Service technician Job Qualifications 5+ years of relative Life Safety and managerial experience Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office 365 Strong computer and phone skills Understand NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), building and fire codes Ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing Valid driver’s license (real ID); in accordance with company policy required Able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check This job is ideal for someone who is: Detail-oriented: Notice and remember minor details Flexible: Can move fluidly from one task to the next People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with others A skilled communicator Independent: Enjoys working with little direction Analytical: Understands the reasoning behind your processes Organized: Can organize your thoughts and procedures.
