Childcare Strong, natural connection with children (ages 6 and 10 — increasingly independent, so the focus is less on care and more on engagement). Experience with pre-teens or teens. Dynamic, joyful, and proactive energy Creative engagement: arts & crafts, cooking, outdoor play, activities that reduce screen time to zero Excellent communication with both children and parents — reliable, transparent, and proactive Household Contribution Willingness to take on light to moderate housekeeping (tidying, laundry, organizing, basic errands) Strong cooking skills — healthy family meals are a big plus Comfortable in a structured yet warm family dynamic Flexibility & Fit French-speaking is a BIG plus Availability to travel to Europe in the summer (8 weeks, July–August) and for occasional weekends in the Hampton Terms Core working hours (37 hours per week) Monday, 10 am to 7 pm (9 hours) Tuesday to Friday, 12 pm to 7 pm (28 hours) Floating hours (3 hours per week) either for date night (7 to 10 pm) or weekend, or added to the core working hours. $45.00 per hour (Payroll) #J-18808-Ljbffr
