As the receptionist for our busy dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of our patients throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify dental insurance Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their visit This is an "at-will" employment opportunity.
