Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse position is located in Odessa, Texas. This role involves providing patient care in the Emergency Department environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience, prior travel experience, and current certifications.

Job Details:

• Location: Odessa, TX
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (1900-0700) with a 30-minute mandatory lunch
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensing as a Registered Nurse, at least 2 years of clinical experience, prior travel experience, and certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Stroke certification
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
