You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Confidently plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Support in designing a daily and weekly schedule Always provide basic care and caregiving activities Support the lead teacher in evaluating children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Effectively and professionally communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities DO all of the above with LOVE Qualifications Previous experience as a daycare assistant teacher or as a babysitter/nanny Strong understanding of child development or interest in learning Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid/CPR certified; or willingness to become certified #J-18808-Ljbffr Bay Country Learning Center Llc
