Service Technician 1 - Maintenance

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, On-Call Weekend Rotation After Training (Typically 6 Months) General Purpose: The Service Technician I is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of common areas and residential units, as well as providing quality customer service. Essential Duties: Responsible for minor repairs in residential units, common areas, and mechanical areas. Grounds cleaning. Painting of residential units. Attends required education and training annually. Other duties as assigned. HVAC Required Minimum of five years of experience (stable job history preferred).
