We are hiring dependable and hardworking Event Setup & Breakdown Staff to assist with furniture delivery, event setup, assembly, and teardown.

This is a physically demanding position. Team members will help unload and set up event furniture and equipment, remain onsite during the event, and then break down, load, and return all items to the warehouse once the event is over.

Applicants must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working long event shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Load event furniture and equipment for transportation
• Unload furniture and supplies at the event location
• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, stages, and other event equipment
• Assemble and disassemble event furniture and equipment
• Follow event layouts and supervisor instructions for proper placement
• Assist with moving and repositioning furniture as needed
• Remain onsite and available to assist throughout the event
• Break down all furniture and equipment after the event
• Load tables, chairs, stages, and other materials back onto trucks
• Assist with transporting and unloading equipment back at the warehouse
• Keep event and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all lifting and workplace safety procedures
• Perform other event setup, warehouse, and general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy event furniture and equipment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift for extended periods
• Must be comfortable handling tables, chairs, staging equipment, and other large event items
• Must be available for the entire event shift, including setup and breakdown
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
• Previous event setup, moving, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Important: This position involves significant physical labor. Employees will be responsible for setting up the event at the beginning of the shift and breaking down and loading all furniture and equipment after the event has ended.
