This role is accountable for identifying opportunities and their successful implementation to advance key initiatives within the organization using rigorous data analysis, structured problem-solving, business consultation, and market knowledge.Essential FunctionsContribute to cross-functional strategy and transformation projects from initiation through execution phasesContribute to creation and execution of strategic plans, OKR’s, and departmental goalsSupport enterprise-wide project portfolio prioritization efforts and develop project evaluation frameworks to support strategic prioritization decisionsConsult with leaders and business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify future opportunities, and pitch new innovative ideasEvaluate documents and data from business stakeholders, market research, and best practices to develop recommendations for continuous improvement and/or growth opportunities and risksIdentify actionable insights and trends through analysis of internal and external datasetsEvaluate projects, investments, and strategic initiatives by building robust financial models to quantify business impactKeep executive leadership and appropriate committees (e.g., governance, executive steering) informed by creating materials, reports, and presentationsIdentify and implement recommendations for Continuous Improvement initiatives that incorporate market best practicesDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status reports for leaders and executive leadershipSupport business case development and scenario planning by developing detailed market models, segment forecasts, and customer insights to support business case development and scenario planningContribute to the identification of new growth and process improvement areas, including emerging business and function models and innovation platformsComply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related area or equivalent education and/or experience3 years of relevant experience with an MBA3 years Experience in management consulting, operations, project coordination, corporate strategy, or business development rolesPhysical and Cognitive DemandsCommunicate/Hearing FrequentlyCommunicate/Talking FrequentlyLearn New Tasks or Concepts FrequentlyMake Timely Decisions in the Context of a Workflow FrequentlyComplete Tasks Independently ConstantlyMaintain Focus ConstantlyRemember Processes & Procedures ConstantlyStationary Position (Seated) ConstantlyVision ConstantlyHand/Eye Coordination OccasionallyWhat's In It For You:We provide competitive benefits, unique incentive programs and rewards for our eligible employees:Full Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits and an integrated Wellness Program401(k) Match Retirement Savings PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday Pay & Floating HolidaysVolunteer Time Off (VTO)Educational Assistance ProgramFull Paid Parental and Adoption LeaveLifeWorks (Employee Assistance Program)Patterson Perks ProgramThe potential compensation range for this role is below.
