What You'll Do
Build Relationships with Clients
Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
Build trust and establish long-term client relationships
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Educate and Recommend Solutions
Learn Farmers Insurance products and services
Help clients understand available coverage options
Present personalized insurance solutions that fit individual needs and budgets
Generate New Business Opportunities
Follow up with leads and referrals
Participate in community outreach and networking activities
Identify opportunities to grow and maintain a strong client base
Support Agency Growth
Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
Work closely with agency leadership to achieve sales goals
Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
