Quality Lab Technician

We are currently seeking a Quality Lab Technician for a manufacturing facility located in Bridgeton MO. This position is responsible for supporting quality assurance and laboratory operations by performing product testing inspections documentation and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous lab quality or manufacturing experience looking to grow with a stable company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality inspections and laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products
• Accurately document test results and maintain quality records
• Monitor production samples to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
• Use laboratory equipment and testing instruments safely and properly
• Assist with investigations related to product quality concerns or non-conformance issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab area
• Follow GMP safety and company procedures at all times
• Communicate quality concerns with production and management teams

Qualifications:

• Previous quality control laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and testing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Food manufacturing or chemical manufacturing experience is a plus
