This contract opportunity is located near Portage, IN and offers the chance to work closely with a young learner, providing crucial communication support throughout the school day at a Head Start center. Desired Qualifications:

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Experience interpreting in K-12 or early childhood educational settings
• RID certification or equivalent, preferred
• Ability to adapt signing style to match student needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site interpretation services for a DHH student in classroom and school activities
