Services We Provide On‑site equipment inspections Technical support & troubleshooting Equipment tuning & performance optimization Outage, project & rebuild management Process analysis, model studies, and training About the Role – Field Service Engineer Are you ready to take on complex challenges, travel to exciting locations, and make an impact in industrial air pollution control? As a Field Service Engineer at TRK, you’ll play a crucial role in inspecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and related equipment to ensure top‑tier performance. What You’ll Do Inspect and evaluate ESPs and auxiliary equipment, both on‑site and remotely. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ESP systems and microprocessor‑based voltage & rapper controls. Analyze process data and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency. Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless system operation. Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable insights. Prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all tasks. Travel 40–50% of the time to client sites across various industries. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in ESP operation, maintenance, or construction (preferred but not required). Strong troubleshooting skills. Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or equivalent technical training (college degrees are a plus but not required). Independent problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills to work efficiently in the field directly with the customer. Commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement. Preferred Locations & Remote Work Preferably located near our field office locations in Cleveland, OH, or Pensacola, FL.
