Key Responsibilities: + Perform front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering/directing calls. + Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment. + Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution. + Schedule appointments and manage the shared office calendar. + Support various departments with ad hoc tasks as needed.
