Caregivers/Medpassers Full time Shifts: Evenings shift 3pm-11pm, Morning shift 7am-3pm Pay Range: $20.00 DOQ White Pine Senior Living is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for our Inver Grove Heights II location. Caregiver responsibilities may include: Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Document services performed. Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents. Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration. Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner. Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis. Perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications: No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalency required. Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
