Technical sour ci ng and recruitment through networking, job posting, and so ci al media (strong focus on sour ci ng) Full life cycle recruiting of technical hires (including the a bi lity to thoroughly evaluate technical candidates by vetting personal qualifications against complex job requirements as well as being able to course correct searches based on fee dba ck from our interview team) Conduct pre-screens and effi ci ently move candidates through our hiring process (with a high closing rate) Qualifications 6+ years overall technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley with a minimum of 3 years corporate recruiting AND previous experience recruiting for a Bi g Data / Cloud Services / SaaS environment. Strong competitive spirit and a matching work ethic Proven a bi lity to pitch your clients in a consultative sales approach (and we will have you pitch to us during your interviews) Successful track record coming up with innovative approaches when typical sour ci ng channels run dry Good planning, time management, communication, de ci sion-making, presentation, organization and int erp ersonal skills a must Successful completion of a background screening process includes (but not limited to) employment verifications, criminal search, and education verifications Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent (technical backgrounds are a strong plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sourceum - Engineering
