Recovery-Focused Peer Support Specialist
Community Bridges
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Peer Support Specialist to provide experience, strength, and hope to individuals and families, helping minimize the emotional impact of treatment and support recovery. You will help coordinate care and assist in transition planning with the multidisciplinary team. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with some college preferred, and a minimum of six months recovery from substance use or mental health disorders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Bridges
