General Laborer

Job Summary:The primary responsibility of a Laborer is to assist in the mobilization and demobilization to and from jobsites, as well as the setup, installation, removal, and teardown of equipment at jobsites. The Laborer will also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.Typical Duties and Responsibilities:Setup and teardown equipment and systems for assigned job operationsLoad, unload and transport materials and equipment to/from job sitesMove and/or maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses and other equipmentMaintain and complete all necessary paperwork per company procedureComplete minor repairs of equipment on site as well as preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles or equipment as directed and as requiredClean, organize and maintain jobsites as requiredClean, organize and maintain yard and shop areas as requiredPerform other tasks and duties as requestedAdhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standardsEnsure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activitiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPossess a valid driver’s licenseAbility to obtain a valid DOT Medical CardAbility to work long hours in extreme weatherThis job has specific DOT requirements.
