We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Springfield area. This position is eligible for a $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment. To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing and meet performance expectations and remain in the role and status for which you were hired.
