Key Responsibilities Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages. Follow all steps of service to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Prepare drinks according to recipe standards and maintain knowledge of drink names, ingredients, and preparation methods. Maintain an extensive knowledge of wines, specialty beverages, and menu descriptions. Ensure bar stock is maintained at appropriate levels and complete daily inventory. Verify all guests are at least 21 years of age and sell beverages responsibly. Maintain smooth communication between bar and server requests. Complete all side work as outlined in the manual and assist with tasks as assigned by supervisors. Adhere to all sanitation guidelines for a clean and orderly service area. Requirements Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Responsible, dependable, and punctual. Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Clean and professional appearance. Enthusiastic about the 21c brand and exhibits strong beverage knowledge. Must pass a background check.
