Ironworker - Per Diem Offered

About the Role Trillium Construction is hiring Piledriver/Ironworkers/Concrete Carpenters for a 2–3 month project on highway/bridge construction in the West Haven, CT area. The role involves driving H piles, rigging steel, hand digging, dragging hoses, and pouring concrete for large MSE walls. Schedule & Compensation Day shift from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays; approximately 50 hours per week. Starts at $71.22 per hour, with a $125 /day per diem for eligible workers. Responsibilities Drive H piles for foundation work. Rig steel into place. Hand dig, drag hoses, help form and pour concrete for MSE walls. Line bridge and foundation forms. Qualifications Experience in carpentry work and pouring/finishing concrete. OSHA 10 certification highly preferred. Prior experience in heavy civil construction, bridge work, or heavy highway work. Ability to wear all required PPE and bring proper tools. Pass all pre‑employment screenings. Reliable transportation to and from the job. Versatility in multiple construction trades (piledrive, concrete, rig).
