Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am 3:30pm | 3pm - 11:30pm | 11pm - 7am (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 9 weeks

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RNs.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
